Role Overview Emotion Matters Mental Health Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team. This full-time, remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing essential counseling services to clients through telehealth. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients using telehealth platforms.
• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with mental health best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in providing telehealth services is preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.
