About the Role

We are hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to quote and close auto and home insurance policies inside a high-performing Allstate agency. This is an inside sales role focused on:

• Auto insurance
• Home insurance
• Bundling policies
• Cross-selling
• Internet leads

• Up to $40,000 Base Salary
• 10% Commission on Written Premium
• Uncapped income potential
• Realistic first-year earnings: $75,000+

• Handle inbound insurance leads
• Quote and close policies
• Bundle auto and home coverage
• Follow up using CRM system
• Hit monthly premium targets

Requirements

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty License
• Insurance sales experience preferred
• Comfortable asking for the sale
• Goal-oriented
