The role requires candidates to have at least 5 years of experience and involves working independently on pleadings, discovery, and motion preparation, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery
• Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is beneficial
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• Experience with insurance defense and commercial litigation is a must

Skills

• At least 5 years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm
