The role involves reviewing legal content, evaluating legal reasoning, and applying professional expertise to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated legal content for accuracy, clarity, and legal soundness
• Evaluate legal reasoning across a broad range of practice areas
• Verify legal claims using primary sources, including statutes, regulations, case law, and official guidance
• Conduct legal research and provide evidence-based feedback to improve AI-generated outputs
• Collaborate with research teams to evaluate and enhance AI model performance
• Clearly document legal reasoning and communicate findings in plain, professional language

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school
• Active U.S. Bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of legal practice with client-facing or matter-facing advisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research and cite primary legal authority
• Strong analytical, research, and legal writing skills
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and accurately
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience across multiple areas of legal practice
• Strong legal research and statutory interpretation skills
• Experience drafting legal memoranda, opinions, contracts, or advisory documents
• Comfortable researching unfamiliar legal topics and producing high-quality written analysis
• Interest in legal technology, AI, or emerging technologies
