Responsibilities

• Draft and produce high-quality contracts, policies, and structured legal documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate legal insights into AI system requirements
• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for legal accuracy and compliance
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI performance in transactional and regulatory workflows
• Support development of compliance frameworks and legal standards for AI applications
• Conduct legal analysis across commercial, corporate, and regulatory domains
• Maintain clear documentation and communication of legal processes and findings

Skills

• Juris Doctor degree with active bar admission
• Strong experience in transactional law, compliance, or corporate legal practice
• Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with commercial contracts, employment law, and structured finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, digital-first environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
