They are currently seeking a Legal Collections Attorney for a dynamic and expanding law firm dedicated to excellence in legal services, responsible for representing clients, handling a large caseload, drafting legal documents, and coordinating with the team.

Skills

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Ohio law license in good standing; Kentucky and/or West Virginia admission is a plus
• At least one year of experience as a law clerk or practicing attorney, preferably in a related practice area
• Proficiency with client management systems, databases (including AS400), Microsoft Office Suite, and legal technology platforms
• Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and applicable state and federal creditors' rights laws
• Experience in creditors' rights and collections is preferred
