Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Belovarski Law is a growing plaintiff’s firm representing people in personal injury and employee rights matters. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Case Manager to build out case files and manage ongoing file management as the firm grows.

Responsibilities

• Complete file build-out on our existing caseload, organizing medical records, billing, and documentation so each case is demand-ready
• Ongoing file management and new case intake as we grow, with room to take on scheduling, client communication and updates, demand package assembly, social media, and litigation support

Skills

• Hands-on experience collecting and organizing medical records and bills
• Experience with Clio, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Word
• A self-starter mindset: minimal training provided, you bring ideas and run with them
• Meticulous attention to detail and proofreading
• General comfort with tech and willingness to help as needed as we grow
