This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining learning programs to empower business units, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning content and materials to meet learning objectives
• Oversee end-to-end design projects, including eLearning and Instructor-led content
• Consult with SMEs to conduct needs analysis and develop learning solutions
• Create and maintain learning materials, such as eLearning courses, Facilitator Guides, SOPs, and more
• Evaluate content and Learner experiences to spearhead improvements
• Facilitate meetings and Trainings. Observe customer interactions and Training with regularity
• Participate in the development of Learning Assessments designed to evaluate understand, knowledge retention, and practical application
• Stay connected to the state of the business and new strategies to proactively evaluate next steps for the Learning & Development function
• Collects and monitor data related to Learning Programs

Skills

• 3+ years' experience developing and/or facilitating for adult learning programs
• Understanding of Instructional Design principles and Adult Learning Theory
• Manage end-to-end design projects leveraging the ADDIE model
• Passion for developing interactive learning programs using a variety of methods and media
• Experience working in Contact Centers, Customer Service, and/or high-volume Operations
• Proficiency with the Articulate Suite and LMS administration
