In this role, you will engage with business and functional teams to provide technical solutions while ensuring compliance with client and company standards, as well as support knowledge transfer to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with business/functional team in providing best fit technical solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys development standards
• Supporting knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
• Managing master data related to Quality – Material Masters, Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Plans, etc
• Knowledge of quality specific processes such as First Article Inspection, Non-Conformances, and Corrective Actions
• Experience in converting data from one ERP into SAP
• Designing solutions for discrete manufacturing & repetitive manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of batch processing and the downstream impact
• Configuration expertise within the Quality Management module of SAP
• Expertise in requirements gathering, writing SAP requirements, process modeling, and data mapping
• Experience/Knowledge in SAP Production Planning, Procurement, and/or Master Date modules is a plus
• Managing client relationships, primarily with middle-management, and driving consensus on complex business solutions
• Analyzing business and technical requirements; and developing solutions to address the requirements
• Providing industry subject matter expertise in Quality Management processes across businesses
• Possessing SAP solution implementation experience in at least 1-2 full lifecycles of projects, with customer-facing roles and responsibility
• Managing projects, processes, change requests (enhancements) and Production Support
• Delivering high-quality digital services adhering to Security/Compliance
• Applying Process Improvement to support Business Goal and Business Objective
• Applying Innovation to generate business revenue

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
• This position may require travel to Project / client locations
• This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only
• The candidate must have hands-on SAP implementation experience in multiple projects with strong knowledge of design, architecting solutions in SAP Quality Management
• Managing master data related to Quality – Material Masters, Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Plans, etc
• Knowledge of quality specific processes such as First Article Inspection, Non-Conformances, and Corrective Actions
