Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through construction, managing project teams, budgets, schedules, and client coordination
• Design and oversee HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy modeling systems, including engineering calculations, equipment selection, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and quality requirements through interdisciplinary coordination, site visits, and technical reviews
• Mentor engineering staff, assign project work, enhance engineering standards and processes, and foster strong client relationships

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• PE license
• 5–10 years of mechanical engineering experience with demonstrated project and team leadership
• Expertise in mechanical building systems
