[Remote] Lead Maximization Program Manager

Responsibilities

  • Leads performance analysis and optimization
  • Partners with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Oversees lead distribution strategy and tools
  • Owns assigned channels and programs

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, or related field with demonstrated ownership of program performance
  • Ability to interpret performance data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that align to business objectives and drive measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to influence and partner across teams to deliver results in a matrixed environment
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders with strong execution discipline
  • Experience with Managing and running Lead Generation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Salesforce background experience
