They are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI systems that reason over complex datasets and enhance decision-making in trading and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build true agentic AI systems (not just standalone models)
• Work directly with power markets, trading & asset performance data
• Develop LLM-driven decision-making systems used in live environments
• Combine LLMs, time-series data & optimization engines into intelligent agents

Skills

• Experience building or deploying LLMs / GenAI systems in production
• Background in agentic systems, workflows, or decision-making frameworks
• Strong understanding of system design across ML + software engineering
• Experience with time-series, optimization, or quantitative systems
• Interest or exposure to energy markets, trading, or infrastructure systems
