Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TechDoQuest is seeking a Kinaxis Business Consultant with strong supply chain planning expertise. The consultant will analyze requirements, configure solutions, and drive successful supply chain transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain planning and operations
• Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse modules based on business needs
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions
• Support implementation of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP processes
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
• Conduct UAT, training sessions, and user adoption activities
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and planning workflows within Kinaxis
• Collaborate with integration and technical teams for end-to-end solution delivery
• Support change management and process optimization initiatives

Skills

• Strong experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations
• Expertise in supply chain planning processes and business workflows
• Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to conduct workshops and gather business requirements effectively
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Kinaxis certification preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, pharma, retail, or automotive industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with reporting and dashboard development within Kinaxis
