Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews
• Support recruiters by managing candidate pipelines and updating the ATS
• Source and pre‑screen IT candidates across job boards and LinkedIn
• Handle candidate communication, interview logistics, and follow‑ups
• Manage job postings, requisition updates, and recruiting documentation
• Coordinate background checks, onboarding steps, and compliance tasks
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams for smooth workflows
• Track recruiting metrics and assist with weekly reporting
• Support high‑volume recruiting efforts and resume submissions
