This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top technology professionals with clients nationwide. The ideal candidate will enjoy connecting with people and helping companies solve hiring challenges.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical and professional qualifications
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Match candidate skills and career goals with client opportunities
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate compensation packages and assist with offer management
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Meet weekly recruiting activity and placement goals
• Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client hiring needs

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar sourcing platforms
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems
