Holistic Partners, Inc is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead high-priority IT transformation initiatives focused on Retail Store Technology and Cybersecurity. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, managing risks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Lead high-priority IT transformation initiatives focused on Retail Store Technology and Cybersecurity
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams
• Manage risks and coordinate stakeholders
• Ensure successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Strong experience within the Retail industry
• Hands-on experience managing Store Technology projects, including:
• Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Self-checkout solutions
• In-store tablets and retail technology platforms
• Experience managing Cybersecurity initiatives, including:
• Disaster Recovery (DR) programs
• Security gap remediation projects
• Infrastructure security initiatives
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional, multi-workstream projects
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies
• Experience managing project budgets, vendors, and complex dependencies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ServiceNow Portfolio Management
• Experience using project management tools such as:
• Smartsheet
• Jira
• Similar project tracking platforms
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure transformation programs
