Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of complex projects across multiple business units, leading project resources, managing scope, timeline, and budget in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments and business units
• Manage, lead and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project
• Oversee the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution
• Manage project scope, timeline and budget/expenses
• Obtain and align resources to key project roles
• Establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities
• Oversee project execution, integration, implementation, and risk management
• Manage mitigation planning, readiness/change adoption, stakeholder management, and quality assurance
• Ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied
• Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project
• Act as a program manager on an interim basis if required

Skills

• Ability to represent senior project stakeholders
• Experience working on agile projects
• Previous project management experience in the financial industry
• Knowledge of SDLC
