The role involves managing concurrent functional workstreams and interfacing directly with private equity sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Program Ownership: Drive the integration day plan, TSA management, governance design, and synergy tracking
• Stakeholder Alignment: Align executive stakeholders on financial/operational goals and risk mitigation
• Governance & Reporting: Establish decision rights, activate governance cadences, and deliver executive-ready reporting
• Value Realization: Track performance against success metrics to protect timeline, budget, and margin integrity

Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on M&A integration experience with a disciplined playbook
• Strong proficiency in Smartsheet for project management and PE firm reporting
• Ability to manage high-pressure live deals and present clearly to executive sponsors/boards without a proxy
