Responsibilities

• Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and write courses with appropriate learning theory, instructional theory, applications of media, and online instructional scenarios
• Builds quality course assets using instructional technology and designing learning interactivity within courses
• Monitors and reviews courses to ensure compliance with standards, subject matter integrity, and to edit for aesthetics
• Helps further establish guidelines and standards for online course development as appropriate
• Collaborates on revisions and continuing course development and maintenance
• Implement a systematic instructional design process
