This is a fully remote, leadership position responsible for overseeing the creation, development, and implementation of engaging and effective online learning experiences. You will manage a team of instructional designers, ensuring high-quality standards in course content, learning activities, and assessment strategies across all programs. Responsibilities include guiding the team in applying adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and utilizing various authoring tools and technologies. The manager will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, curriculum developers, and stakeholders to translate complex information into accessible and interactive learning modules.
