They are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing member support team, helping members with benefits and eligibility inquiries in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls from health plan members
• Resolve member inquiries related to:
• Prescription benefits (RX)
• Primary Care Provider (PCP) information
• Benefits and coverage
• Eligibility and enrollment
• Provide accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Utilize multiple systems and applications to research and resolve member concerns
• Document interactions and follow established service procedures
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support

Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong computer and phone system proficiency
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends
• Previous call center experience
• Healthcare customer service experience
• Experience supporting Medicaid, Medicare, benefits, or health plan members
