The Implementation Project Manager will lead AI-enabled implementation projects, coordinating various activities to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for TMSfirst’s AI-enabled global TMS and logistics solutions
• Coordinate discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live activities
• Manage timelines, risks, and project documentation
• Collaborate closely with customers, internal product and engineering teams, and carrier/shipper stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings, track milestones, and optimize implementation processes
• Align solutions with customer business objectives and operational workflows
• Drive customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and ensure that implemented solutions deliver measurable value and support long-term customer growth

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with transportation, logistics, supply chain, or SaaS platforms, especially TMS or visibility solutions
• Familiarity with AI-driven or Agentic AI systems, cloud-native architectures, and configurable workflows
