The Implementation Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation lifecycle, leading complex projects and ensuring a seamless transition into service delivery while providing an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for welcoming clients on behalf of Safeguard Global and providing guidance to help them understand our products, services, and overall ecosystem as part of their introduction to the company
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and expanding clients during implementation
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects across EOR and Managed Services offerings
• Create, manage, and maintain detailed multi-workstream project plans
• Coordinate across internal operational teams, partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee client setup, technology adoption, and platform training
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
• Ensure accurate go-live forecasting and achievement of delivery targets
• Partner with Sales and Client Success to ensure seamless handoff and long-term success
• Champion client experience and drive strong CSAT/WSAT outcomes

Skills

• Proven experience as an Implementation or Project Manager in a client-facing role
• Strong project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage complex, multi-country or multi-service implementations
• Experience with HR, Payroll, Global Employment, Accounting or Entity Management preferred
