This role involves managing the recruitment process, including sourcing and presenting candidates while fostering relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Submit a candidate's profile
• Driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for our client’s office location in Sauk Rapids & Osakis, MN
• Sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates while managing hiring managers and candidate relationships

Skills

• Ability to work on site up to 5 days a week and travel to two other plants in the area
• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with: Production Manufacturing Technician, Weld Operator, Welder, CNC Machinist 1-3 tier, CNC Machine Operator, Materials Coordinator, Setup Machinist, Traffic Logistics Coordinator
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Polished communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Savvy with technology (PowerSuite and Carve) and able to learn new systems quickly
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and goal-oriented
