• Develop working relationships with both direct reports, customers and administration

Skills

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
• Four years of professional experience equivalent to a Human Resources Analyst
• A strong understanding of Human Resource Processes and systems
• Ability to lead a team both in person and remotely as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop working relationships with both direct reports, customers and administration
