Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate support. Demonstrated understanding of core HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, and policy administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate HR concepts clearly. Proficiency with HRIS software and standard office productivity tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
