You will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and managing cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance guest experiences, streamline operations, and drive revenue for hospitality businesses. This includes overseeing systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, booking engines, and mobile applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including hotel management, IT departments, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hospitality operations and a deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies relevant to the sector.
