They are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Representative to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote their homecare services and engage with potential clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the unique features and benefits of our agency's homecare services. Tailor presentations to different audiences, including seniors, their families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders such as senior centers, retirement communities, healthcare facilities, and social service agencies. Network with managers, coordinators, and decision-makers to secure partnerships, referrals, and collaboration opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends in the industry
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Build relationships with potential clients through networking events and sales meetings

Skills

  • Proficient in delivering engaging and informative presentations to diverse audiences
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, capture attention, and convey the value of our agency's services effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with people from various backgrounds
  • Empathetic and compassionate communication style when interacting with elderly individuals and their families
  • Willingness to travel to different locations within the designated area to conduct presentations and engage with community members
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate community events and meetings
  • Genuine passion for improving the quality of life for elderly individuals and a commitment to our agency's mission of providing compassionate and personalized homecare services
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and tactics for promoting healthcare services is advantageous
