Responsibilities

• Handle 15 scheduled 30-minute Zoom consultations daily
• Present and close $10–100K TV media packages for small businesses/entrepreneurs
• Conduct SMS follow-ups, daily reporting, and CRM updates
• Attend mandatory morning training sessions
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism during all calls
• Ensure camera is on for all sales calls

Skills

• 100% commission-based
• 10-12% commission on cash collected
• Solid reps hit $10–20K. Top closers clear $20–30K+
• Most reps work just 5–8 hours daily
