The role involves providing expertise in healthcare regulatory frameworks, specifically Medicaid and Medicare, and understanding claims, billing, and payment structures.

Responsibilities

• 3+ years of healthcare regulatory experience
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks such as Medicaid and Medicare is required
• Familiarity with processes governing claims, billing, and payment structures between healthcare providers and payors is preferred
• Prior experience working in a full-service law firm, sophisticated boutique firm or in-house with a healthcare company is preferred
• Outstanding references
