Supply Chain Alliance (SCA) is a strategy and operations focused consulting firm dedicated to helping clients solve complex supply chain challenges. They are seeking a visionary Head of Business Development to lead revenue growth by developing new client relationships and expanding strategic accounts across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain Alliance’s revenue growth by developing new client relationships and expanding strategic accounts
• Position SCA as a trusted advisor to senior supply chain leaders across North America
• Identify market white space and define and execute the go-to-market strategy
• Achieve the company’s growth mission

Skills

• Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field
• 8+ years of business development or sales experience
• 5+ years selling consulting or professional services
• Demonstrated track record of generating and closing new consulting deals
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise clients
• Executive-level selling capability (VP/C-Suite)
• Extensive network and industry relationships in US and Canada
• Strategic thinking and market insight
• Excellent presentation and proposal development skills
• Negotiation and contract management expertise
• Strong preference for supply chain industry and domain knowledge
• Excellent understanding of business process flows, client objectives, and ability to capture and articulate scope, and define deliverables
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to travel 30%-40%, primarily in U.S. and Canada
