Venchr is a social app that is at an exciting point in its development, and they are seeking a Head of Brand & Communications to define and shape the brand's identity. This role involves working closely with the founder and a small team to create a cohesive brand narrative and positioning, while also engaging in detailed creative work.

Responsibilities

• Define what the company stands for and how that should come across in all communications
• Work closely with the founder and a small, experienced team
• Shape rough ideas into something sharper and more intentional
• Think about positioning and narrative
• Refine copy and push creative
• Make calls on what feels on-brand and what doesn’t

Skills

• Experience in shaping a consumer brand in a fast-paced environment
• Strong instincts and a good sense of culture
• Confidence to have a clear point of view and stick to it
• Ability to work closely with founders and a small team
• Experience in defining brand identity and narrative
• Comfortable moving between high-level strategy and detailed execution
