Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JL Connects is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage a book of small to mid-sized groups with some large groups. This fully remote position requires the ideal candidate to provide excellent customer service while handling daily account management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily servicing of assigned group benefit accounts
• Maintain accurate data in agency management system
• Review policies and documents for consistency and compliance
• Build open enrollment materials, and conduct open enrollment meetings
• Conduct renewal meetings, process carrier changes, and claims handling
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team environment

Skills

• Active and valid State of Michigan Life & Health Insurance License
• 2+ years of experience in group benefits insurance account management
• Proficiency Applied EPIC, and Employee Navigator
