This is a remote position. We are a performance marketing agency working with international clients, primarily in the UK. Our focus is on delivering results-driven campaigns backed by clear strategy and execution. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join on a remote, freelance, part-time basis (up to 20 hours per week). This role is open to candidates based in South Africa. You’ll be responsible for translating strategy and copy into high-performing visual assets. Every project comes with a clear brief—your focus is on delivering strong, effective design. What You’ll Do

• Design social media creatives for paid and organic campaigns
• Create web design assets (landing pages, UI elements, etc.)
• Support with paid ads visuals (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Contribute to branding work where needed (a bonus, not required)

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Experience designing for performance marketing / paid media
• Ability to follow briefs and deliver high-quality work independently
• Strong attention to detail and turnaround times

Compensation

• R250 – R400 per hour, depending on experience
