Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Avenue Code is seeking a Gen AI Product Manager to lead the integration of AI capabilities into their product offerings. The role involves partnering with engineering and AI/ML teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and AI/ML teams to integrate third-party (e.g., OpenAI) and internal capabilities
• Experience leading cross-cutting programs or technology deployments, focusing on emerging technologies and creating new processes for rapid scale-up
• Experience deploying software products (applications, services, etc.) or consumer hardware products
• Experience in Design Thinking and customer-first product design processes
• Lead the product design, business requirements, and definition of AI Center of Excellence initiatives
• Engage with project execution stakeholders for execution and program management
• Manage the project timeline, budget, and advocate for and adjust resourcing when necessary
• Identify and prioritize use cases and required capabilities initiatives
• Curate training datasets and tagging structures to fine-tune model performance and ensure desired outputs
• Monitor output metrics such as asset acceptance rate, generation cost, and asset velocity to optimize tool performance

Skills

• 10+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years working in AI/ML, creative tech, or content automation
• Demonstrated experience with generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Stability, Adobe Firefly) and image-related prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of model training pipelines, tagging systems, and metadata management
• Comfortable leading hands-on delivery in a fast-moving, ambiguous space with high visibility
• Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills — you know how to align creatives, engineers, and executives alike
