Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI applications and systems
• Design and optimize solutions using Large Language Models and frameworks like langchain
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Create robust Python-based implementations to enhance AI capabilities and scalability
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Monitor performance of deployed solutions and implement enhancements as needed

Skills

• Proficiency in Generative AI technologies
• Strong experience with Large Language Models
• Expertise in frameworks such as LangChain, Langraph, Cursor, RAG, MCP
• Advanced Python programming skills
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in AI development and implementation
