Elfonze Technologies is seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers with strong AI Native engineering capabilities to build scalable, cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java/Python, AWS, and AI-driven development practices, working in fast-paced, pod-based delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using Java/Python
• Build and integrate AI-native solutions leveraging LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted coding tools
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs on AWS cloud
• Collaborate within AI-native pods to deliver high-quality, sprint-based outcomes
• Ensure code quality, performance, and best engineering practices
• Contribute to cloud-native architecture and microservices design

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and/or Python
• Experience building full stack applications (frontend + backend)
• Deep understanding of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, etc.)
• Exposure to AI Native engineering: GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted development, LLM-based solutions / AI integrations, Automation-driven development workflows
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecture
• Strong problem-solving and Agile delivery experience
• Experience with agentic frameworks / LangChain / similar AI orchestration tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Exposure to vector databases or AI data pipelines
