Aimhire is a pre-launch startup backed by First Round Capital and Y Combinator, focused on building an AI-native application to redefine enterprise workflows. The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will be key in building and scaling user-facing features for accessing and using AI models, working within a small, technical team.

Skills

• Masters/Bachelors from top schools (Stanford, MIT, etc.) with a passion for beautiful, user-centric products
• 4+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
• Proven track record of shipping user-facing products
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and modern JavaScript runtimes
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Proactive, resourceful, and excited to take ownership
• Clear communicator who works well in async teams
• Able to self-manage and deliver high-quality results independently
• You care deeply about UX, performance, and maintainability
• You aim to ship delightful, impactful features — not just functional code
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers or other edge-first / serverless platforms is a plus
