• Design, architect, and ship features across frontend and backend systems
• Partner closely with product to shape solutions and define technical direction

Skills

• Strong Ruby on Rails experience and backend engineering expertise
• Ability to balance technical decisions with product and business goals
• Clear communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Based in North America
• Experience building productivity or workflow software
• Familiarity with Turbo, Stimulus, Postgres, Redis, and Heroku
