• Run a true full-desk: manage clients, drive new business, and execute the full candidate lifecycle
• Proactively source top legal talent in competitive markets
• Build, strengthen, and grow client relationships
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and consistently hit/exceed revenue targets
• Work closely with partners in a remote, high-output culture

Skills

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• 2+ years thriving in a fully remote, metrics-driven environment
• Proven track record of $400,000+ in annual production (2022–present)
