Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Skills

• Expertise in French grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics
• Ability to challenge advanced language models on topics like verb conjugation, gender and number agreement, French idioms, phonetic nuances, sentence structure, and stylistic variation
• Ability to document failure modes of language models
• Ability to converse with the model on language scenarios
• Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Ability to capture reproducible error traces
• Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Master's or PhD in French language, linguistics, or a closely related field
• Peer-reviewed publications
• Teaching experience
• Hands-on linguistic analysis projects
• Clear, metacognitive communication
