Responsibilities

• Utilize your established tech talent network to source and place candidates in top GTM roles
• Work with companies to understand their hiring needs and help fill open roles efficiently
• Engage in high-volume sourcing and efficient recruiting practices to maximize placements
• Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and advocating for their career success
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and connect with top talent
• Stay up to date on trends in go-to-market hiring and the broader tech talent market
• Leverage Betts' extensive talent network and tools to enhance your recruiting efforts

Skills

• Experience in GTM recruitment with a focus on roles like SDRs, AEs, CSMs, Marketers, VPs of Sales/Marketing/CS, and CROs
• Strong personal network of tech professionals actively seeking new opportunities
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and demonstrated ability to source top talent efficiently
• Currently unemployed or in a role that allows for a side hustle
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
