They are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to serve as a strategic advisor to their leadership team, focusing on financial oversight, tax planning, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Advise on financial strategy and planning
• Review accounting and financial reporting processes
• Provide guidance on U.S. tax planning and tax exposure
• Identify financial and compliance risks
• Support M&A, corporate structuring, and due diligence activities as needed
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on finance-related matters

Skills

• CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership experience
• Strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax and financial compliance requirements
• Experience working with growth-stage businesses, private equity-backed companies, or acquisitions
• CPA
