They are seeking a founding business generalist to develop systems for growth and operations, working closely with the founder on strategic projects and scaling the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Strategic projects: market research, expansion experiments, pricing analysis, and partner programs
• Growth strategy: scope and run new growth bets end to end, from idea to a measured outcome
• Sales team scaling: the systems that help the sales team sell more, from pipeline reporting and lead routing to outbound and sales process
• Operations & process: the systems that keep the company running, from onboarding and customer workflows to dashboards, documentation, and hiring coordination

Skills

• Experience working with internal operations and process building
• Comfortable running zero-to-one growth projects
• Ability to take an ambiguous problem in and return a solution, or a clear plan plus the right questions
• Ownership of outcomes, not a scoped lane
• Prior founding, BizOps, RevOps, chief-of-staff, or early-stage generalist role where you owned outcomes
• A track record of building something new from scratch
