• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, and willing to engage clients effectively

• Willingness to obtain the Knowledge of Insurance products and financial planning principles to advise clients on proper solutions that complement their goals
• Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing Training opportunities
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset
• No degree required, but relevant experience will be considered
• Licensing for insurance or financial products is a plus but not required; however, you must be willing to obtain the needed licenses as required
