This role is critical in ensuring financial transparency, risk mitigation, and accurate reporting across a large-scale network modernization program impacting oncology and multi-specialty practices nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial tracking and reporting in large programs
• Oversee budget management and cost allocation
• Conduct variance analysis and forecasting including CapEx vs. OpEx, burn rate, EAC/ETC, accruals, and earned value
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders with minimal oversight
• Present financial information to leadership

Skills

• 6–10+ years (mid-level) experience in Project Management with financial oversight
• Experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments
• Strong experience with financial tracking and reporting in large programs
• Budget management and cost allocation
• Variance analysis and forecasting- CapEx vs. OpEx, burn rate, EAC/ETC, accruals, variance analysis, earned value
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders with minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Planview
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheets
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, reporting)
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (executive summaries)
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba
