The Openwork Partnership is seeking a Financial Advisor to deliver compliant, client-focused financial advice to an established portfolio. The role involves managing client relationships, providing holistic financial planning advice, and ensuring compliance with advice standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulated financial advice
• Adhere to Openwork's advice standard
• Manage and service an existing client bank, conducting annual reviews and maintaining ongoing client relationship
• Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, and protection
• Identify additional advice opportunities within the client base and via referral
• Ensure all advice is compliant, well-documented, and aligned with Consumer Duty obligation
• Collaborate with the administration teams to ensure smooth case progression
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM and back-office system
• Contribute to the firm’s wider business objectives through consistent delivery and professional conduct

Skills

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) – essential
• Minimum 12 months experience providing regulated financial advice
• Strong technical understanding of pensions, investments, taxation and protection
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Highly organised with a client-centric approach and attention to detail
• Experience within The Openwork Partnership network – desirable but not essential
