Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, accounting, and data analysis through our 9-session virtual program
• Collaborate with experienced leaders, develop key skills, and prepare for a future in finance
• Develop your analytical toolkit with Excel training, build your PowerPoint presentation skills, hear from experienced CVS Health leaders, get paired with a mentor, and enhance your communication skills
• Work with data to create a mock budgeting presentation to business leaders

Skills

• Meet educational requirements (see education section)
• You should be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Have a graduation date between December 2028 and May 2029
• Have a planned major, minor or concentration relevant to the position. Examples include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative majors
• Interest in a career in finance or accounting
• Enjoys working in a collaborative environment with a diverse group of individuals who are motivated by our mission
