The role involves managing financial records, assisting with budgeting, and providing analytical insights to management.

• Reviewing invoices and payments
• Reconciling accounts

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders through clear, professional communication

Skills

• Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrated Financial Planning capabilities, including budgeting support, cash flow monitoring, and basic forecasting
• Robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with remote team members and present financial information clearly
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software
• Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work part time in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems
• Professional certifications are a plus
