The AI-first Expert Recruiter will scope client needs, source and engage experts, and ensure quality matches between clients and experts in the government contracting space.

Responsibilities

• Scope the need. Read an Expert Request or client requirement and turn it into a clear picture of the expert profile that will meet it. Get fluent in the client's domain fast
• Source experts. Find the right people, both by activating our existing network and by recruiting new subject-matter experts into the marketplace
• Engage and persuade. Reach out to senior SMEs, build rapport quickly, explain the engagement, and bring them onto the call through OnFrontiers
• Screen and qualify. Vet experts against the requirement by phone and video, and put only genuine fits in front of the client
• Work AI-first. Use Claude, Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Zoom, and the OnFrontiers platform every day, and help shape the tooling and skills we build around sourcing and matching
• Own the match. Carry it end to end, not just the outreach. The quality of the match is the job
